The designs, patterns, and images on this site are the property of Heather Anderson and The Unraveled Mitten (DBA of MItten Yarn Collective LLC). You may use the patterns for personal use and for charity.

You are welcome to sell finished items made from the patterns

No part of the patterns found on this site may be reproduced, altered or distributed in any form or by any means, without express written permission from Heather Anderson.

Do not use The Unraveled Mitten images to sell your patterns. 

If you would like to include one of my patterns or articles in a round-up style post, please link back to my original post and use only 1 photo.

All products in shop are for downloadable, digital items. Nothing will be shipped, and you will need to have the ability to download and print the digital items.

Technical support for downloading and printing is not provided.

All digital products are available from The Unraveled Mitten are for personal use only. You may not distribute digital products to another person in any form. Printing for personal use is completely acceptable.

No. Because of the nature of these items we cannot accept returns

I thought your patterns were free?

You can find free patterns on our website, TheUnraveledMitten.com. We sell printable, ad-free versions of many of our patterns here in the shop. You can also find them on Ravelry or Etsy

Digital Download Help and Troubleshooting

Before purchasing a digital product please ensure your computer or device can download PDFs and print them if desired.

You’ll need a PDF reader (like Adobe Reader) in order to view the files.

  • If you cannot find the file after downloading, please check the Downloads folder on your computer or search your computer for the file name.
  • If nothing happens when you click the download link, it is possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any browser plugins, add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
  • If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us for further assistance.
  • If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the Abobe PDF program required to open the file type.
  • iPads/iPhones: These devices sometimes cannot download files. Please try the download from your laptop or desktop computer instead. If you must use this type of device, the downloads are usually found in the “Files” iOS app.
  • You will receive an email after purchase with your download links. You will also be able to access these files via your account if you were logged in during checkout.
