It’s time for part 7 of our Winter Waves Throw Blanket Crochet Along! I’m really excited about how this quilt inspired crochet throw blanket is turning out. You can find all the information and materials here.
Also, if you haven’t joined our crochet group on Facebook, you really should. I may be biased but it really is the best one out there. Crocheting with friends is just more fun.

Block Layout and Count

Part 7 is our last square panel. Yay for no more sewing after this week! Once you complete this panel you should have 4 all together. This panel uses the same half square triangle squares you learned for the other panels. Each block will again be a combination of your main neutral and one of our 4 coordinating colors.
Panel #4 Blocks
-16 blocks total
-4 of each color
You can find the square pattern here
Blocking your square is optional but I find it helpful.
Here is this week’s layout
This week’s layout is an arrow design that goes in the opposite direction of the herringbone panel (part 3).
White = main color
Purple- coordinating colors

Whipstitch your squares together using your main neutral color. You can find a tutorial here.
After you sew them together, move on to the border
