This gorgeous crochet granny square features a floral center encapsulated by ice-inspired crochet stitches. It measures 12 inches square and would make a beautiful lacy crochet blanket.
This project was part of a sampler afghan me and a few of my designer friends collaborated on last year. We all designed a couple squares and then put them all together. It was so fun to see everyone’s crochet styles come through.
You can read more about this sampler blanket and see links to the other squares here at Kirsten Holloway Designs.
The Frosty Bloom square is the first of two I designed. I should have the second one out very soon!

Hello I was wondering if you have the stitch count for each round. I somehow ended up with twelve shell groups in rounds 4 & 5 and wonder where I went wrong. It would help to be able to count my stitches at the end of each round to determine if I am on the right track.
Thanks
I figured out where I went wrong for the first few rounds but struggling with rounds 7 and 8. Do you have the stock count for those rounds?
