Here is the original square made by Amanda. Mine is pictured below I decided to use 1 main color and switch up the coordinating colors.

Pattern Notes
This square is fun! If you’ve never tried mosaic crochet this is a great pattern to start with. Amanda does a fantastic job explaining this technique (she also has a video tutorial). I was so inspired after working on this I made up my own mosaic design! It’s just a little swatch right now so stay tuned for that.
Sizing: My biggest advice for this pattern is to check your gauge! Seriously. I’ll admit, I almost never check my gauge but being that you can’t just easily add or take away rows for this design I wanted to make sure I was right on with my sizing. I ended up going up to a 6mm hook.
Here’s what I did:
I used my 6mm Furls Streamline Swirl Hook (my new favorite!) and Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice yarn.
Yarn A: Silver Grays
Yarn B Rows 3-9: Linen
Yarn B Rows 12-18: Fisherman
Border (2 rounds of single crochet): Taupe
