The Harvest table runner crochet pattern features an easy crochet stitch and lovely fall colors. This quick crochet project is the perfect way to accent your Autumn tablescape.

I love dressing my home up for the seasons. Changing out the table runner is a quick and easy way to do this. Pair this table runner with some cute fall pumpkins or a pretty floral arrangement.

I decided to use the linen stitch for this pattern. You might also see this stitch called the moss stitch. It has a 2-row repeat and is made entirely using single crochet and chain stitches. I love using this stitch for striped projects.

I chose to use Red Heart Super Saver in the colors Aran Fleck for the main color and the variegated Fall color for the coordinating color. Sometimes variegated yarns just have too much going on for me but using it as an accent helps minimize that.

After I finished this crochet table runner I decided to add a couple of appliques! These are completely optional, but I think they add a little something special to this project. I designed this apple applique pattern to go with it but you could also make it a pumpkin!
